Mark Rabin, the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of Websnare, Inc., established the company in 1997 while living in a small cabin in Whitefish, Montana. With a treasure trove of web knowledge and insights, Mark has been a driving force behind Websnare’s success and longevity in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Mark’s passion for the web is matched by his love for music. He enjoys playing, composing, and producing music, bringing creativity and innovation to both his professional and personal life. An avid adventurer, Mark’s hobbies also include caving, Jeeping, and off-roading, reflecting his love for exploration and the great outdoors.
Family is deeply important to Mark, and he cherishes the time spent with his loved ones, including Stella, the beloved Golden Retriever. Like his wife, Shannon, Mark’s commitment to family and his diverse interests make him a well-rounded and inspiring leader at Websnare, Inc.

As Websnare’s Community Technology Steward, Shannon offers a grounded, human-centered approach to technology that brings ease and clarity to those feeling overwhelmed by the digital world. She walks alongside elders, caregivers, and anyone seeking confidence with devices, online tools, photos, and everyday digital tasks.
With decades of creative and tech experience, Shannon blends practical skill with a calm presence. She specializes in supporting aging community members and individuals with accessibility needs, creating an environment where learning unfolds at a comfortable pace. Her sessions emphasize autonomy, dignity, and steady guidance.
Through one-on-one support and community workshops, Shannon helps people navigate updates, organize digital life, strengthen online safety, and engage with technology in a way that feels intuitive and empowering. Her work reflects a simple belief: technology becomes a bridge when offered with compassion and care.
Stella Blue
Stella Blue, our beloved Golden Retriever, is the mascot and heart of Websnare, Inc.
With a zest for life and an adventurous spirit, Stella’s hobbies include running and exploring the breathtaking beauty of Montana, chasing squirrels, and even scaring bears out of camp.
Every morning, she delights in eating bananas out of her dad’s oatmeal bowl, adding a touch of joy to the start of the day. Stella is a regular at Paws Dog Park, where she loves to socialize and play with her furry friends. She can also frequently be seen vying for pup cups at Flo-Co.
Stella is the heart of our family, bringing warmth, love, and endless smiles. We are incredibly lucky to be her guardians and cherish every moment with her.
