Mark is equal parts problem-solver, musician, creator, and explorer. His love of music and technology blend into everything he builds — shaping both his work and his life. He enjoys composing, caving, Jeeping, and wandering through the wild corners of Montana with a camera and curiosity.
Family matters deeply to Mark, and time with his people — especially Stella Blue, the beloved golden retriever — is at the center of his world. Whether he’s tackling complex code or mapping underground caverns, he approaches everything with focus, humor, and integrity.

With decades of creative and tech experience, Shannon blends practical skill with a calm presence. Her sessions emphasize autonomy, dignity, and steady guidance.
Through one-on-one support and community workshops, Shannon helps people navigate updates, organize digital life, strengthen online safety, and engage with technology in a way that feels intuitive and empowering. Stella Blue
Stella Blue — Golden Retriever, mascot, trail scout, and resident joy-bringer — is the heart of Websnare. She lives life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a deep commitment to chasing squirrels and sharing bananas at breakfast.
Stella regularly patrols Helena hiking trails, inspects snowbanks for smells, and supervises at Paws Dog Park with her fellow canine colleagues. She also accepts periodic pup-cups at Flo-Co as part of her emotional wellness regimen.
